30 minute phone screening. Started with long explanation of company's goals for future. Little focus on my resume, went into what sort of job I wanted a technical question session.
The interview was comprehensive and focused on what I am looking in a company rather than my resume. The technical question was worded in a way that it made me second guess my answer, but I was ultimately correct.
