I applied for this role and got an email requesting to interview over a month later. The recruiter said it was a role they were urgently looking to hire for before the December launch (only weeks away at this point). I had a lot of general questions and they said only the hiring manager would be able to answer them. When I asked about the salary range, the recruiter said they were still researching ranges and she didn’t have a concrete answer yet. I had a 2nd interview (not the hiring manager) that consisted of praising the CEO’s innovation to start/grow the company and vague questions without context about how I would go about doing internal communication for the company. They did not dive into any of my experience or background until the last 5 minutes of a 60 minute interview.
