Very typical Interview Process with a member or the team getting to know me through an initial screening phone interview.
Second Interview was a technical interview where I was asked approximately 5 different questions pertaining to tooling design rationales and engineering stress/strains.

Typical interview process via microsoft teams. They asked standards questions to understand technical and behavioral fit with company. It included two interviews, the first with the department lead and the second with the team lead.
