A bit lengthy but I understand why they want to be thorough. They asked a lot of questions and Core Values are an important part of the interview process. I had a lot of questions too and all were answered.

A phone interview and then a series of in person interviews. What I liked most was how much detail they gave about who you'd be interviewing with so you could prepare specific areas.

It was long and a little intimidating- I was interviewed by 5 people in one sitting. But overall, it wasn't overly challenging. They asked pretty typical interview and personality questions.
