Interview with HR: asked about typical stuff, pleasant discussion.
Interview with Developers: They were friendly, honest, informative, good communication. The test was very easy, they gave an hour but it could be done in 10 minutes.
In general it seemed like a great match and I was expecting an offer, but after a week to 10 days that I had no news and asked for feedback, I was ghosted! I read someone else saying they were ghosted and didn't believe it, but it's true. I called on the HR mobile, they declined the call. Called later on the reception and left a message and my phone number to be sure, and then the next day sent an email. I got similar offers so I don't mind, but I never encountered this before, it really stunned me.

Entretien
Personal. The interviewing team was the HR and the IT managers. They were very polite asking difficult questions presenting the overall processes. Very positive atmosphere and very gentle approach.
