I saw this position posted on HigherEdJobs.com and decided to submit an application. I received an email with follow up questions (more of a screening process). The next week I received a call for a phone interview. After the phone interview I was selected to attend an on-campus interview. Lastly, I was asked back for a second campus interview. Both campus interviews involved various directors within the admissions department.

Phone interview to gather information to see if right fit for position. They followed up with invitation to interview with a few people from office. The third interview consisted of presenting a topic that you're passionate about
