The process took about a month. After applying online, I received an e-mail to complete an online assessment. The following week, the HR recruiter secretary called and scheduled a phone interview. After the phone interview, I was invited for an interview with the HR recruiter who, after a laid back and positive thirty-minute interview, forwarded my application to the Branch Manager of the bank I had applied for. The next week, I went for a second interview with the Branch manager and Head Teller where many similar questions were asked, but again, it was another positive experience. They asked questions about my previous experience, how I would handle customers, etc. There were several "Tell me about a time when..." type-situation questions. One week later, I was asked to agree to a background check, and a couple days after that I received a job-offer. I start in two weeks!
