1st Round: Phone Interview 2nd Round: In-Person Interview Took an extremely long time to schedule the interview and receive information. Didn't get the job offer for the original position that I applied for. Called me back and asked if I wanted to interview in another area because of my background. Agreed, but then after interviewing for that position, I also did not receive an offer.

Applied through University career center. In-person on campus interview followed by 2 hours of interviews at super day in Birmingham. Interviewed with HR, young people in the program, as well as three different higher ups in management.
