J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 2 mois. J'ai passé un entretien chez Regions Financial (Birmingham, AL) en juill. 2013

I applied through the Regions Career section and received a Teller Assessment to take online within 3 days. The test was pretty easy and it only took about 45 minutes. It took about 3-4 weeks for HR to contact me. They emailed me and asked me to schedule a group interview. The only option that was available was 3 weeks away. I went to the group interview, which wasn't necessarily an interview. There was a total of 15 of us. The HR representatives passed around a sheet asking us which shifts and locations we'd be willing to work. They then explained the duties of a Teller and talked about the company. They never asked anyone any questions. We all sat and listened to the HR reps talk for over an hour. They then told us that they would email us by the end of the day to let us know if we would move on in the interview process. They emailed about 10 of us as we were walking out of the building and said we were not selected to continue with the hiring process.

Long interview. You feel like you did good and they never call back. I interviewed with multiple people and they asked a lot about job experience. Yet, no call back.

It was a straight forward and simple process. There were two interviews. Both of these were good experiences overall. The process took around 2-3 weeks before getting an official offer.
