I only did the phone interviews. Generally friendly people asking about my work and background. However, the program is super competitive, about 4-5 positions per year across the entire company.

Entretien
I was amazed by their speedy processing and their clear vision and focus on to find out what they need from the new recruit. The interviewers gave a very cool environment and I didn't even realize that they are interviewing me. At the same time they asked very relevant questions as they already had done their homework on my resume.
