Two stages of interview. A phone call with basic questions on upstream and downstream followed by a zoom call with more in depth questions pertaining to the role and my experience/qualification.

3 Rounds of Interviews. 1st is a call with the recruiter who asks about your resume, expected salary, etc. You then get a call from the hiring manager about a week later. If that goes well you'll receive an invite to a Microsoft Teams interview the next week. This is the interview that counts as you will meet every lead/manager from the dept. After that you can expect a decision within 2 weeks.
