Super easy - had a hirevue and then spoke with a manager before receiving an offer. Asked basic questions like a time when I learned something new, my manager was super conversational as well

It was a virtual interview. You have to record yourself answering questions about yourself and your work experience. You have unlimited attempts to record yourself except for the introduction. You will get 3 hours for the whole process. But if you have experience attending interviews, you can do it in 1 hour.

There were two panellists from the department I was interviewing for. The interview lasted 30 minutes. Mostly behavioural based questions. Some questions involved ranking my values. I received their decision two days after the interview.
