Screened with HR person, went over basics and even talked salary ranges, seemed like there’s a structured organized process to hiring. Timing was fast, I believe I heard from HR within a week or two and initial interview was not long after.

Behavioral based on HR, the hiring manager did not ask many engaging questions. Maybe one or two basics surrounding experience, but from their tone and approach it was clear they had another candidate in mind and we’re going through the motions with me.
