There were three stages of Zoom interviews: human resources first, then one with the division head, then multiple interviews with five people over the course of an afternoon. A few days later, they set up to check five references. Then nothing.

3 Rounds of Interviews. 1st is a call with the recruiter who asks about your resume, expected salary, etc. You then get a call from the hiring manager about a week later. If that goes well you'll receive an invite to a Microsoft Teams interview the next week. This is the interview that counts as you will meet every lead/manager from the dept. After that you can expect a decision within 2 weeks.
