Lengthy but thorough process that involved meeting with multiple stakeholders and culminates with presenting to an entire group. There is a phone screen followed by face to face discussions. Be prepared to turn your camera on.
6 interviews in the course of consecutive days. i appreciated the efficiency and fast decision making - I guess there was a rush to fill this position. During the interviews I felt comfortable, and I appreciated the conversations rather than feeling interrogated! It was a good experience

What strategy I would propose based on current state of the company
Thorough process, presentation included. They give you a case to present to the interviewers. In total it could be 3-4 step process interviewing lot of stakeholders. They were timely in getting back to me with the result

Screen with HR recruiter, then initial interview with hiring manager. This is followed by panel and individual interviews with 12 more people ( lower level co workers, peers, manager, manager +1 level).
