Applied online through company website. Contacted for a very quick, initial phone screen that lasted approximately 15 minutes. I was told that "short listed" candidates would be contacted to schedule a phone interview with the Hiring Manager. One to two weeks later, I was contacted for a phone interview with multiple managers. Only two of the three scheduled managers made it for the phone interview and I was informed that the position I was being contacted for was now the Engineering Project Manager although I had applied to the Project Engineer position. However, the phone interview went well and lasted approximately 20 to 25 minutes. I was contacted my HR within 24 hours to schedule an onsite interview the next week. The onsite interview lasted for approximately 6 hours and I met with approximately 8 people including Directors, Managers, and HR. I was told that they would contact me within one to two weeks with a decision. Although I was able to speak with the Hiring Manager approximately 3 weeks after the interview for a BRIEF update, I was never given a direct answer regarding my candidacy.
