interviewed by four production managers one by one, each takes about 15-20 mins. basic questions are asked, ex, what are you interested in this position, tell me about yourself, what would you do if you are facing an emergency situation.

Interview is good, standard enough questions once you are prepared.
Lab part where you have to work with someone and right down every detail by hand is a little unnecessary in my opinion.

They ask about your own work experience, education etc, before then going on to what you can tell them about Regeneron and what you know about the job that your interviewing for.

Over the phone interview with talent acquisition, then an in person interview followed by some practical's in assessment centre. Havent heard back yet about the job or another round of interviews

Phone interview first.
Followed up with 2 Skype interviews.
I felt ambushed in the skype interviews interview, I had originally applied for a technical support role but instead they interviewed me for the BPS position. I did explain that I knew little about Bio-pharma but that didn't seem to matter as they just went through the motions. I didn't get the job after, but since learnt that there is some form of "cheat sheet" with a list of questions floating about to employees of previous companies.

Question 1
Phone Interview was really a screening. Just few questions about yourself, why you want to work for X, where do you see yourself in 5 years etc
First Skype interview was with a manager and HR personnel.
As interviewers go they were good, seemed very professional and interested.
Second interview was with a production trainer or operator? I'm not sure She didn't explain her role too well and didn't go on Skype either, made some excuse about why she couldn't. She was paired with another Hr member who was very good also.
Some questions I got, hope it helps someone and its only a few of the many that was asked.
You would be better off getting the sheet from someone of you can.
