Although long, the interview process allowed me to learn so much about the company and the day to day of my position. Extremely helpful! Really got me excited in the company.

Applied to two different R&D Associate positions, was invited to intereview for both. I was contacted by two different recruiters for each position and in the initial recruiter screen interviews, they told me that they were aware I'm being interviewed for two positions because they're in the same recruitment department. I passed the recruiter screen, hiring manager interview, and final round all-day interviews for both positions which included interviews with other people in the department, the hiring manager and the recruiters again. The day after my final round interviews with one position, the recruiter asked for six references, five of which will submit their responses through Skill Survey and the sixth will be contacted by a hiring manager. It has been nearly four weeks since I gave my references (and I confirmed with my references that they spoke with the hiring manager or submitted their responses) and I have not heard anything despite following up several times. This has been overall a very negative experience due to the ghosting and I am disappointed that the company dropped the ball with communication.

Applied online. Recruiter emailed in a week with a link to a self-interview where I had to record myself answering simple behavioral and personality questions. In a week, another recruiter reached out to me and set up an interview with one of the scientists. The hiring scientist was 30 minutes late to the interview and said that the timings got mixed up. I still waited for her to show up. Never heard back. No rejection, nothing. In a month, got an automated email saying I was no longer being considered for the role.
