Short phone interview followed by an all day onsite interview meeting many people in the group and others in groups that I might have interactions with. Very friendly but intense trying to learn as much about me as possible. I was also encouraged to ask questions about the group and company that I might have.

First round hr phone screen, I was ask about some general questions. Second round team leader interview via team, after knowing my nationality, the leader didn't ask me about the question related to the job at all, the leader started asking me about my homeland instead, it made me confused
