J'ai postulé via une agence de recrutement. Le processus a pris 3 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Regeneron (Tarrytown, NY) en avr. 2017
Entretien
I received an email from a talent acquisition person asking if I would be interested in a temp research position (that was to last 4 months if hired).
I accepted and about one day later I had a very brief phone interview which led to an email asking for an on site interview. To my horror, the interview was to be a group interview that was to last from 9:30 am to 3:30 pm. The interview was done by sections of 30 minutes. I was interviewed by 22 employees. The largest group had 6 people in it.
At the end of the interview, I was told that the position was through an outside staffing agency and was to last only 4 month. Never heard back after I left.

Entretien
There are 3 interviews in total. The first two were phone interview where the first one was a basic phone screening and the second one was an interview with the hiring manager (the group leader). In the second interview, I was asked a lot of technical question (i.e what is the next step of technique A and what is the purpose of it). One day after the 2nd interview, I got an email saying that I was invited to an onsite interview and asked for my availability the coming week. The onsite interview involved 5 session in which I met with the HR in person in the 1st session and followed by meeting all potential co-workers and scientist in the group.
The HR staff asked all the behavioral question and the peers and scientist asked a lot of technical question regarding my past research experience. After that, we have lunch together. The total onsite interview process took about 4hrs.
