The interview process had a total of three seperate interviews. A phone interview with a recruiter to check what experience you had. Then two interviews with different members of QC department which focused on your experience and technical knowledge.

Lab tour first, then interview in a small room with HR representative and Manager. The tour before the interview was an ice breaker. Very impressive on the outside but one thing I found it odd is that they asked for ones current salary but after answering it, they refused to disclose their salary range for the role, which I thought they were hiding something.
