I was called in a little over week after I submitted my application and we sat in the lobby of the theater and talked for a few minutes, nothing difficult, he just asked about where I've worked before and we talked about my application. Then he had another manager to come over and talk to me, and he was the one that asked me "interview questions." After that the hiring manager came back with reference forms I needed to have filled out and brought back. All in all, not hard and both of the managers were nice.
