The process involved over half a dozen interviews, during which all questions and requests were meticulously addressed. However, it became increasingly evident that, despite their assurances, there was little genuine interest in moving forward, and the matter was ultimately passed on to another party.
The interview process is easy. They already knew me because I worked at that location and applied to be "promoted" to manager. I was friends with fellow workers but was not friends with any managers. The manager position is BS as it doesn't matter how hard you have worked, it depends on whether you hung out with the managers.
Honestly do not feel bad if you don't get the job it's not worth it unless you want to be able to put the title of manager on your resume.

For the technical role I was applying for, I completed a take-home assignment to demonstrate my practical skills. In the final stage, I met with senior leaders to discuss strategic thinking and company values, and I had the chance to ask them questions. Overall, the interview process was comprehensive and gave me a clear picture of the company and the role.
