It was a pretty simple interview. They just verified you were 16, asked about previous employment and described the job. For the most part, almost everyone was hired. I only saw one girl not get the offer.

Asks questions about experience with customers and how to deal with messy situations. Must be willing to have a flexible schedule and be able to work long shifts. Very good overall and very kind people.

Met in person for 30-ish minutes with two managers who were just a few years older than me. They asked questions ranging from my past experiences to my love for film and availability.
