Entretien
I went in and asked an employee for a manager. Waited a few minutes and two managers interviewed me. Came off as very judgmental and intimidating. Asked typical interview questions and didn't talk/respond much. It was a pretty quick process, maybe 15 minutes.

Why should we hire you? What makes you a good fit for our company? How would you deal with a rude customer? What would your previous managers/supervisors say about you?
Asks questions about experience with customers and how to deal with messy situations. Must be willing to have a flexible schedule and be able to work long shifts. Very good overall and very kind people.

Met in person for 30-ish minutes with two managers who were just a few years older than me. They asked questions ranging from my past experiences to my love for film and availability.
