I applied for the position online. Shortly after completing the application and submitting my resume, I was contacted by the management to schedule an interview. The interview consisted of work experience and situational questions and other job-related information. After the interview, I was informed that the management would contact my references and then get back to me with a decision.

How would you handle a situation involving an irritated or upset customer?
Asks questions about experience with customers and how to deal with messy situations. Must be willing to have a flexible schedule and be able to work long shifts. Very good overall and very kind people.

Met in person for 30-ish minutes with two managers who were just a few years older than me. They asked questions ranging from my past experiences to my love for film and availability.

Went it and was asked if I could handle stress and thousands of people coming in . The way we dress and pericing and how work is handlers with day and night shift
