They take you to an interview room, and ask you questions. the whole thing is very laid back and stress free. the head manager was the guy who interviewed me, and he was very polite.

Very easy and typical customer service questions. Tacked on personal fun questions like what is your favorite movie to put on your nametag. You dress up and meet in person to do an interview inside the manager's office.
Not the same information as the one on website. They claimed you have to be 16, but said 17 during interview. Interviewer was nice though. Everyone else seemed nice. Very inconvenient of them not to list the age correctly

They would most likely call you in during the morning hours. You would typically sit with the General Manager or a person second to them. They will then ask you a series of questions as well as tell you about Regal.
