I read the interview reviews for this company before I interviewed and while it scared me, I thought "surely it cannot be THAT bad." I was wrong. I applied for the job in May 2025 and I got an interview scheduled within a week or so. All the interviewers I had did not seem prepared for the interview nor did they seem like they cared. They all emphasized that there was little work-life balance in the company as a whole. I also had to complete three "tasks" for the company related to social media (i.e., creating a draft email to an influencer, redesigning their Instagram feed, and creating a sample Reel) ASAP. These tasks were completed for free and were tedious. It has been over a month since my second interview and I have sent three follow-up emails and I have yet to hear back. It is safe to say that I was ghosted. Overall, this was not a very professional or respectful interview process.
