Applied online and got an email the next day. We scheduled a 30-minute phone interview followed by an in-store interview and a styling exercise ("a college student is shopping for back-to-school looks on a budget. What would you suggest she try?"). They're really adamant about being available 20+ hours a week and flexible with scheduling.

One group interview in person. Very informal and conversational, just getting to know you and making sure you are a good fit for brand and customer facing role. They were good about making sure everyone got the chance to speak and facilitating a positive group environment.

Very easy, messaged the store manager on LinkedIn when a job was posted and was contacted quickly about setting up an interview. Very typical interview and quite laid back, not stressful at all if you are confident in your skills.
