Fairly long interview process with about 4 interviews spanning several weeks before receiving offer. An interview with the CEO, previous facilitator, and then a higher up who had been there about 10 years.

The interview process was three steps. It first started with the founder of the company, another employee in a different role that used to be a Sustainability Facilitator, and someone directly in the current Sustainability Facilitator role. These interviews allowed me to gain a comprehensive understanding of the company, the position, and the culture.
