1) Applied on Job site 2) Hiring manager call - Zoom 3) Recruiter call - Zoom 4) Take home assignment: Update existing web application with three new features (sorting, pagination) 5) Code review of take home assignment and adding new feature 6) Asked for feedback after 3 days and was ghosted Take home assignments take up too much time. Ask to make sure they won't ghost you after the process. I don't necessarily need feedback from every company but I would like a rejection email at least to move on.
