J'ai postulé via la recommandation d'un employé. Le processus a pris 1 semaine. J'ai passé un entretien chez Reddit (San Francisco, CA) en janv. 2016
Entretien
I applied as a duo with a friend through a connection at Reddit. We both got called in for separate interviews within the same week. I interviewed onsite at Reddit hq and it was your typical onsite where I met with 4 or 5 different team members and presented my portfolio a number of times (rather inefficient), had lunch with one of their designers, and did a short whiteboarding exercise. It was an overall positive experience and I had a lot of fun. I was told I'd hear back soon but never received a followup (kind of a lame practice) so I just assumed it was a no and moved on with life.
