The recruiting team was amazing and the prep material was fantastic, but the interview experience was not great. 3 of the 5 interviewers asked very similar/overlapping questions. Many questions were hypothetical "How would you do X" but then left a lot of ambiguity. Instead of asking "Tell me about a time you did X and how did you handle it". Great questions if you are a storyteller, not if you want to highlight your accomplishments.
