Pretty standard recruitment process. Initial talk with recruiter (The recruiters made a very positive impression). Then with Hiring manager. Afterwards 5 rounds of interviews, behavioral and system design. Unfortunately, there were many red flags. Interviewers being late, not showing up at all or simply not interested. It took ages to get feedback because of things... It was really weird.

Had a first interview with an internal talent coordinator about this position. Was told what a great fit I was for the position, and how they wanted to put me in front of the hiring manager, and they would get back to me within a day about scheduling and I should get in touch if I didn't hear back then.
Three days later I sent an email asking if they need any additional information from me and how excited I was to be moving forward in the process, and would be happy to set up a time to talk.
Four days later I get a four sentence form letter saying they aren't interested.
These are not serious people.
