Phone Interview was easy, a few personal questions. Then the meet and greet next day...Hired on the spot. :) The regional manager came in from Toronto, for one day for interviews. She interviewed 30 candidates.

I had first interview over the phone and second interview in person. Both interviews were great and they were very nice and gave a lot of information about the job.
