The interview process was smooth and well organized. The interview was very kind and informative. They asked familiar questions related to design like how what kind of problems have I solved etc.

The interview process was a three-step process that started with a standard phone interview with a recruiter. They asked basic behavioral questions that were heavily reliant on team work. The second step was to complete a design project from a given list of assets. The design project tested your knowledge of design principles as well as your ability to create good visuals. The last step was an on-site interview that featured a tour of the campus then 4 back-to-back interviews. There are 2 behavioral interviews, 1 project review, and 1 portfolio review.
