An interviewer greeted me and took me into a room and asked me a list of standard interview questions. After about 10 minutes, I was escorted into another room with 4 other candidates. From here, management had us watch a 28 minute video about the expectations of the position and even a mock sales call. This was insightful, but I found to be very unprofessional. Even the female employee in the video completing the sales call seemed unprofessional by her tone of voice and attitude on the phone. I almost got up and walked out at this point. After this video, I was escorted out. It was pleasant, but strange. I did not receive an offer from this company despite an excellent interview. I assume I may have been a bit overqualified for the position or perhaps expressed too much interest in moving up within the company during the interview. If you're looking to work in a glorified call center and read directly from a script, this job is for you.
