I applied online. Then I had a phone call interview on Fri. for about 5-10 min. Then I had an interview on Monday. I had to watch a video about the company. Then I had the interview. There were questions and also the mock sales call. There were about four other people who was being interviewed but you had 1:1 interview.

Why are you interest in the company? How did you hear about us? What motivated you? Tell me about a time you were coach and how did you correct your actions. How did you prepare for the mock sales call. The mock sales call you need to explain about how it is cost effective and make sure you are detail about why they should choose a certain package deal. . Also make sure you practice the sales call. Make sure you have questions about the company.
The two ladies that interviewed me were full of great advice on the job and very insightful about what the job entails. Looking forward to beginning my sales career here!

Open zoom meeting room for interviews. Two quick rounds of interviews. We went over call scripts and got some feedback. Overall a very easy interviewing process. I was given an offer and now have to submit to a background check and drug screen

The interview process was smooth. Normal
questions & they’re very straight forward , look into the company before applying cause they ask you about it. It’s also very hard to get an interview with red ventures so if you got it then they’re really looking forward to hiring you. Also they’re going to ask you to sell something to them, they’ll pick an object in the room and you have to make a pitch on the spot but they are very friends & will train you very well
