Entretien
I was initially interviewed by a recruiter over the telephone and then invited in for an in-person interview. I met with 7 people from Director level to Team Lead/Performance Manager. I buddy-jacked with an agent for 1 hour listening to the types of calls that I would be taking. I was able to ask questions and learn more about the comission structure and how everything really worked. It was a 5-6 hour process so you need to make sure you take a day off of work so you are not rushed thru the interview. I was not employed at the time, so I had plenty of time and did not feel the need to rush thru the process. The next day I was offered the job and I started training the following Monday and hit the phones 1 week later. Training was so awesome, I dethroned the top performer my first month on the phone...I would like to think I was just that good, but it really was the training and scripting.

Being asked to sell something to every single person that interviewed me.
It was easy to average interview questions overall. However, be prepared to do a mock phone call, this took most of the interview time up. They run a test scenario on you to see your first reaction. Remember to ask about the customer problems and then end with a solution from the given brand.

Long day touring the campus and shadowing employees. Good experience. It was great to get to know the employees who worked there before actually working there. Very cool and large campus but you don't get to use the benefits very often.

I thought the process was easy. There is a group interview followed by a one on one. Make sure you stand out in the group interview, but not in an annoying way.
