The process starts with a 30 minute interview with the recruiter, then you are moved to the hiring manager for a 45 minute interview. Then you will have a panel interview that is about 3-4 hours long. You will meet with various people from the team.
The entire process took about 2 months, and then in the end I was told that there was a reorg and the role was no longer going to be filled. Everyone was very nice and the interviews were not difficult, but why does it have to be such a long process, so long that by the time they are finally ready to make a decision, the role is no longer needed?

First you have a call with a HR recruiter, then a preliminary interview with the hiring manager, THEN a five round interview with people who don’t even understand your job function and are just there to fill seats. Not only that, but they also ask you to complete a “case study” which I think is inappropriate given no offer of employment.
After going through this lengthy process, the reason I was given for rejection was because my experience “didn’t line up” with what the were looking for. If that was the case, why even invite me for multiple rounds of interviews when you could have seen my experience from my resume? Overall a waste of time for everyone involved.

The interview consisted of a math test in which you’re not allowed to use a calculator to calculate made up KPIs that don’t apply to the real world or managing accounts. Anyone who works in SEO should stay away from here. Failing to ask about practical SEO experience is a major red flag and made it clear this is not the place to grow your career.
The Interview process was great, they had asked questions in regards to my background. After the Interview, I was told I would receive an email about the next steps. Overall, I would say it was a great experience.
