I applied online for the Executive Assistant Points Guy division and about a week later had a phone screen with the recruiter.
The next step was a scenario assignment to be completed and reviewed by the leader this person would be supporting. After completing, I was not selected to move forward.
As an EA with over 10 years of C-Suite support experience this isn't the kind of leader or company I'd want to work for/with anyway.

Great conversation and overview of company. Asked questions about current employment and what I was looking for in another job. How far I was willing to travel, compensation and a little of the values of the company.
