I applied for several roles and finally got an interview. A recruiter said he would follow up after our interview and did not. I contacted him multiple times to receive feedback and find out if I was moving forward, and he ghosted me. Several months later, he connects with me on LinkedIn to let me know about another opportunity. I try to let bygones be bygones and applied for the role. I took the test and went through two interviews which went well and the process seemed to be moving forward, only to get the generic rejection email. I once again asked for feedback, but he actually emailed me and told me Red Ventures cannot give out specific feedback. Why reach out to me if I was going to have my time wasted..again? The epitome of unprofessionalism and disrespect that is at the forefront of many workplace discussions and calls for reform. I hope Red Ventures takes notice and starts acting like a decent company.
