For a company that keeps emphasizing how much they value communication, the communication I’ve received during the two-and-a-half long (almost 3 months) interview process was nothing short of atrocious. First, the recruiter told me the wrong interview time with the hiring manager so I sat in an empty Zoom meeting until we had it rescheduled when I got suspicious and addressed it. They also “accidentally” sent out two rejection letters which they told me to disregard. Then I was scheduled for a 2.5 hour long interview with 6 different people in different departments ranging from recruiter to IT director to HR director. After all this, the recruiter had not responded to my request for an update for 3 weeks until finally, I received a rejection with no feedback from any of the interviewers. The cherry on top was that the recruiter had misspelled my name in every single email exchange we had despite the fact that I had signed my correctly spelled name at the end of my messages. It’s disappointing (and almost comical, but not surprising) to interview with a company who values good communication and attention to detail but employs people that do not possess either.

Their recruiter reached out to me on LinkedIn. I agreed to a phone interview which took place a few days later. The recruiter said he was passing along my information to the hiring manager... but I never heard back from either of them. Ghosted. Not cool. You'd think they would care about their reputation a bit more especially when hiring for mid/senior management positions.
