In phone interview as a screening and then in-person interview. They in-person asks a lot of the similar questions as the phone interview. You go through a sales pitch to see how you perform. If you don't do well, it's okay because they give you feedback and have you do the process again. They want to see how coachable you are.

It was easy to average interview questions overall. However, be prepared to do a mock phone call, this took most of the interview time up. They run a test scenario on you to see your first reaction. Remember to ask about the customer problems and then end with a solution from the given brand.

Long day touring the campus and shadowing employees. Good experience. It was great to get to know the employees who worked there before actually working there. Very cool and large campus but you don't get to use the benefits very often.

I thought the process was easy. There is a group interview followed by a one on one. Make sure you stand out in the group interview, but not in an annoying way.
