This process consisted of 3 phone calls. They wanted to make sure that they wanted to fly me out for an interview. The first phone call was all about my resume and life experiences. The second phone call was a case study phone interview where I had to perform mental math. The third interview was a basic followup.
1st round: phone screen with HR
2nd round: behavioral with ex-business analyst
3rd round: technical
4th round: in person
Overall, pretty straightforward interview process. everyone is extremely sociable and values social skills in interviewees.

They asked me why I would want to work at Red Ventures and then asked some questions relating to my resume. They also asked me about my ability with Excel or any of the other coding/tools I have used and asked to expand on my use, like what was a major problem you had and how did you find a solution using this tool.
