The interview is pretty standard. They ask some questions then go into a role play and critique you. Finding the building and parking was a nightmare just to get to the interview. Then they show you all the neat stuff on campus that you’ll probably never get to use because you work so often. Then time from first phone interview to start of training can be 2-3 months.

Open zoom meeting room for interviews. Two quick rounds of interviews. We went over call scripts and got some feedback. Overall a very easy interviewing process. I was given an offer and now have to submit to a background check and drug screen

The interview process was smooth. Normal
questions & they’re very straight forward , look into the company before applying cause they ask you about it. It’s also very hard to get an interview with red ventures so if you got it then they’re really looking forward to hiring you. Also they’re going to ask you to sell something to them, they’ll pick an object in the room and you have to make a pitch on the spot but they are very friends & will train you very well
