You telephone interview first and if you fit the profile (semi-intelligent, well spoken and persuasive demeanor) you get an in person interview rather quickly (Probably due to high turnover rate). It is a group interview with one person and 5 or more other candidates where you answer a few questions and are prep for how to do a sale. Then you will do a 1 on 1 interview where you are judged on your potential and teachability. Then it's a day or two waiting game until you are called to say you are hired.
