J'ai postulé en personne. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Red Ventures (Indian Land, SC) en mai 2012
Entretien
Met a Red Venturers' Sales Recruiter at a job fair. They followed up with me in 4 days to do a phone interview. I passed phone interview and was told to come to a 3 hour interview/information session the following week. I went to interview and 5 others were there as well. we did tour of Red Ventures beautiful campus which included 2 new contemporary buildings(gymnasium, bistro, outside dinning area). I had 2 interviews with sales managers(role plays) and sat with 2 current Sales Consultants talking with customers. Everyone seemed nice and for a call center it was a fairly positive work environment. I passed interview and was emailed an offer letter a few days later. It was for 10.00 per hour($21,800 per year) plus commission. Benefits did not start for 90 days.

Entretien
The interview takes roughly 3.5 hours. Upon arrival, the candidate signs in and receives a tour of the Sales Center (where s/he will work). There's a lot of activity going on: consultants on calls, others shooting NERF guns, floor leads monitoring calls/progress. It gave the ambiance of a stress-free atmosphere in a stressful industry: sales. Following the tour, the candidate interviews a senior member of one of the sales teams. Here, the candidate will read the prompt of a Mock Sales Call. S/he will be evaluated on her/his recitation. Thereafter, the candidate sits and listens in on a few sales calls with a Sales Consultant. The candidate is then escorted into a room with another senior member of one of the sales teams and will provide yet another recitation of the same Mock Sales Call. Lastly, another member from Human Resources will give the candidate a tour of the Corporate Center. This concludes the interview process.
