Firstly there was a phone screen with typical questions to make sure you met the basic requirements, and understood the job posting. This is a good time to ask questions, and make sure that the job suites you. The recruiter in my case was very nice, and seemed excited about the company which was a good sign.
Next they will send you a coding project. This is the meat and potatoes of the interview process, and determines the difficulty of any remaining technical interviews you will have in the future.
If your project is up to their standards you will be invited for an onsite interview. In my case they flew me out, set me up in a hotel, and got me a rental car. You will fly in the day before so it's a good chance to get a feel for the city, and relax a little bit.
On the day of the interview I met with three groups of people, along with a tour of the main building. Because of the size of the campus the tour isn't all encompassing, but you get a good feel for the campus and the people.
After the tour I had my first technical interview, this will go over your previous job history, and any skills you have acquired. You will also be quizzed about different technical topics, and given some time to ask questions about their processes and culture.
The next is a business interview which goes over cultural fit. This is just a standard interview with a non-technical person. It should be pretty easy for anyone who is good with one-on-one conversations.
Lastly there is a technical interview to go over your take home project. This interview will vary person to person since it depends on how well you did on the project. As others have said you should spend a lot of time on the project, and put your best foot forward or else you will most likely be grilled on things that might be obviously wrong about the project. Think about things that challenged you while working on the project, and things you would change about the project requirements.
For me this went quite smoothly since I spent a good deal of time working on it.
After this last interview you will be walked out by the same recruiter who gave you the tour. Take some time to ask any remaining questions about the company.

The process was definitely different when compared to something like a large tech company. Technical interview is challenging but not that bad because it's an assignment to be done in a week. Last round with interviewers is pretty easy-going. Overall a very pleasant interview experience.

processo muito demorado, sem feedback mesmo parecendo que deu tudo certo na entrevista, tem que cobrar constantemente os resultados do processo pq se não eles não te informam, fora que duas pessoas diferentes estavam me abordando com esse processo e com informações divergentes
