They will be your tourist's guide around the building. You will watch about an hour of a CSR phone call, then just regular questions. Why Red Ventures? What was the manager that you have learned most from and why? Role play with the interview. But then... it's just a matter if the interviewer like you or not.

Open zoom meeting room for interviews. Two quick rounds of interviews. We went over call scripts and got some feedback. Overall a very easy interviewing process. I was given an offer and now have to submit to a background check and drug screen

The interview process was smooth. Normal
questions & they’re very straight forward , look into the company before applying cause they ask you about it. It’s also very hard to get an interview with red ventures so if you got it then they’re really looking forward to hiring you. Also they’re going to ask you to sell something to them, they’ll pick an object in the room and you have to make a pitch on the spot but they are very friends & will train you very well
